This magical three-ingredient, no-churn ice cream comes together in just minutes and freezes like a dream for a dead-on impression of rich, creamy vanilla ice cream, sans machine.

Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1–14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste
Instructions
- Using an electric mixer, whip heavy cream until it forms stiff peaks, careful not to overwhip.
- In a separate bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract.
- Gently fold one-third of the whipped cream into the sweetened condensed milk to lighten the mixture. Then fold in the remaining whipped cream.
- Pour into a loaf pan or other freezable dish and cover with plastic wrap. Put in your freezer for about 4 hours or until frozen solid. Serve with your favorite ice cream toppings.
Notes
Customize by adding your favorite extracts and add-ins like peppermint and mini chocolate chips or pureed raspberries and finely chopped white chocolate.
