Description

Creamy yogurt, topped with fresh fruit and frozen into a cool bark for the ultimate healthy frozen treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 kiwi, diced
  • 1 banana, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup rasperries, cut in half
  • ¼ shelled pistachios, finely chopped
  • 1 (32 oz) container vanilla yogurt

Instructions

  1. Line a rimmed baking sheet with wax paper.
  2. Spread the yogurt in the lined pan in an even layer about ¼-1/3 inch thick. Top with kiwi, banana, raspberries, and pistachios, pressing gently into the yogurt.
  3. Freeze until solid, about 4 hours.
  4. Once solid, peel the wax paper off of the bark and break the bark into smaller pieces. Freeze in a freezer bag or storage container until ready to eat.

Notes

More Flavor Combos:
-Peach yogurt topped with diced fresh peaches or nectarines and a sprinkle of granola.
-Chocolate yogurt (or vanilla yogurt mixed with a bit of cocoa powder) topped with mini chocolate chips
-Rainbow yogurt (swirl 2-3 colorful yogurts together) topped with rainbow sprinkles (kid favorite)
