Description

A frosty treat so tasty you’d never know that nutrient-dense cauliflower and avocado are the key to this smoothie’s creamy texture.

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas, cut into 1 inch slices and frozen
  • 1 cup frozen riced cauliflower (or chop frozen cauliflower florets)
  • 1/2 of an avocado
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 12 tablespoons honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Notes

Makes enough for (2) 8 ounce smoothies or (1) 16 ounce smoothie.
