Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 teaspoons sesame oil
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 – 1 teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes
1 bunch green onions, sliced
1/4 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- In a skillet, brown beef and garlic in vegetable oil over medium heat.
- Add brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and red pepper flakes and simmer for a few minutes so the flavors come together.
- Serve over rice, topped with green onions and sesame seeds, with a side of broccoli.
