Open up the hoop. Stretch a thick layer of the spiderweb material across the smaller inside hoop, then put the larger outer hoop back, over top of the smaller hoop and web and tighten it with the screw.

With scissors, trim off the excess spiderweb material.

Stick spiders to the web. They should stay on their own, but you could also glue them with a bit of hot glue.

Hang up on your wall or door and for a spooky Halloween sight.
