Description

Easy, flavorful baked chicken with mayonnaise and grated parmesan cheese. Add your favorite seasonings for a bit of flair.

Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, fresh shredded
salt and pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Salt and pepper the chicken breasts and lay in a baking dish.
  3. In a small bowl mix together the mayo, parmesan cheese, and optional seasonings* if adding.
  4. Evenly coat chicken with mayo mixture and bake at 375 for 30 minutes or until the temperature reaches 160 degrees in the thickest part of the breast. If using tenders instead of breasts, reduce cooking time.
  5. Remove from oven and allow chicken to rest for about 10 minutes.

Notes

You can add about 1.5 teaspoons of herbs or seasonings of your choice to customize this dish.
