Description

Blend up this tasty smoothie for a nutrient rich drink reminiscent of carrot cake.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • dash nutmeg
  • 2 dates or 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 tablespoon pecans

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients except the pecans to a high power blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Add in the pecans and pulse a few times.
  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
