Ingredients
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- dash nutmeg
- 2 dates or 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 carrots
- 1 tablespoon pecans
Instructions
- Add all ingredients except the pecans to a high power blender and blend until smooth.
- Add in the pecans and pulse a few times.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
