Description

Ingredients

• 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

1. Line a loaf pan or square 8” x 8” pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil and lightly spray with cooking spray.
2. Add chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk to a glass or ceramic bowl.
3. Microwave uncovered for 1 minute and stir with a wooden spoon. If the mixture is still lumpy microwave for another 30 seconds and stir. Repeat, if necessary, until smooth.
4. Stir in vanilla extract and pour into the prepared pan.
5. Refrigerate for about an hour or until the fudge is solid.
6. Remove the fudge by gently lifting up on the parchment or foil. Cut fudge into squares and serve.

Notes

You can sprinkle some chopped nuts on top of the fudge, immediately after pouring into the pan, before you let it set.
