Blender banana ice cream is quickly becoming my favorite summer treat. When I have a bunch of bananas that need to be used up, I just toss them in the blender with a bit of honey and blend to a creamy perfection. Stir in whatever fun mix-ins are around like mini chocolate chips and nuts and freeze for about four hours. The result is a cool, creamy “ice cream” that you won’t feel guilty eating for breakfast.
