These healthy, delicious Asian Chicken Lettuce Wraps are as easy to make as they are fun to eat. With a short list of ingredients, this savory low carb dinner is a weeknight staple in our home.

It was love at first bite when my husband, who is a well-known beef fan, tried the Lettuce Wrap appetizer at PF Chang. Now, every time we go, he insists on getting his own personal Lettuce Wrap appetizer, or at least two of them for our group because they are irresistible to all who try.

So, why not make a huge, dinner sized portion of the dish my family loves so much? Done. This Asian Chicken Lettuce Wrap recipe is a pretty close ringer for the famous appetizer, and the best part is it is super easy to make.

After dicing some veggies, the whole dish comes together in about 10 minutes on the stove. In case you’ve never encountered a lettuce wrap before, you use the full lettuce leaves from a head of iceberg lettuce to cradle the yummy seasoned meat and veggie mix. Fold up the sides to corral the contents and shove that puppy in your mouth asap.

You could also just chop up the lettuce and toss it with the filling to make a salad for a tamer dish. If you’re a sauce-loving person such as myself, I recommend whisking together a bit extra to top of the wraps. Or spice things up with some of that spicy Asian mustard blended with a bit of soy sauce.
