This Impossibly Easy Chopped Chinese Chicken Salad only uses 5 simple ingredients for a quick lunch or dinner that’s sure to be a family favorite.
Being married to a person who is not only type-a (pretty sure the a is for anxious), but has German blood and was raised in a military family, I’ve learned a thing or two about efficiency. I now not only find the fastest way to do things to avoid that impatient nagging, but also because I myself find it frustrating when tasks take longer than they should.
One of my favorite daily time-savers is cooking super simple meals for dinner, because we both work full time and efficiency is everything when dinner is looming.
This Chopped Chinese Chicken Salad puts dinner on the table lickedy split and has a bright, savory flavor perfect for warm, summer months. Or, you know, in January when you want to pretend that it’s a warm, summer month.
